Why don't the images on the site load for me?
That's a known issue with some older web browsers that do not support PNG (Portable Network Graphics) properly. This file format is used as it's generally smaller in file size while maintaining higher quality. We suggest that you download a newer version of your web browser if possible. If you are using MSIE5, use the Windows Update feature and download the critical updates for your browser, one of which fixes this problem. (This was discovered by Tridus)
