Warcraft III 1.04 Replays
We lose to Level 10
(2v2 arranged)
12/27/2002

Map: Lost Temple
MysteryMan and I went for an "all or nothing" attack and unfortunately got away with nothing. We killed almost all of their units, and all of their heroes, but they also killed everything of ours except my hero, who managed to teleport home with only a handful of hitpoints. At this point, they had us badly beat in teching, with one player having Necromancers and the other Hippo riders. We went in for one last attack, and they at the same time attacked my base. We each killed the other's base, and then we went on to attack the remaining player's base, but that's where their teching beat us. They took out everything we had, aside from my hero once again, and we lost :(

One funny thing about this game is that while we were waiting in the pre-game chat room, I said to MysteryMan: "Watch us get lvl 10" ;)
Newbie Beatdown
(2v2 arranged)
12/27/2002

Map: Lost Temple
As I often do, I did a /stats on the other players at the start of the game and noticed that they had pretty shitty records, so I knew we were going to be in for an easy game. They attacked my base early, and we were able to defend against them fairly easily. MysteryMan and I decided to try and take on one of their bases, and they couldn't handle us. They tried building towers and protectors in the base, but that didn't work. Eventually we took out pretty much all of the base and they left the game. I picked up seven hero kills :)
Gargoyles own them!
(2v2 arranged)
12/27/2002

Map: Stromguarde
This is by far my best 2v2 AT map, I'm 5-1 on it now. MysteryMan and I ran into one of their players while they were creeping, and sent them running. You can see me doing some nice moves with Wand of the Wind. I send their KotG flying while the rest of the army leaves, and the KotG falls to the ground only to find a shitload of our guys. The Undead player on the other team was also using Gargoyles, but I had a lot more and they weren't a match for me :)
Three way Undead rush
(3v3 random)
12/27/2002

Map: The Crucible
We coordinated this attack very well. We decided that two of us should get the Death Knight and one get the Dreadlord, so we could Death Coil the enemy heroes. It turned out to work very well, as we were able to take out one of the enemy players. We crept around, expanded, and teched up before we went to attack again. When we attack the NE base, we kill that player's PotM using only Death Coil :)
Plunder Isle Bug
(1v1 custom)
12/25/2002

Map: Plunder Isle
Not even two weeks after the Invincible Town Hall bug surfaces, we've got yet another nasty bug that's surprisingly easy to pull off. Select Human, build an Arch Mage, and have a Peasant waiting outside of the Red Dragon camp that's on the same side of the map as you (this one is the most successful to pull from, you can see my try to pull from both but only get this one). Have your Arch Mage meet the Peasant there, and build a Water Elemental. Start building a tower, and then cancel it when the Dragons start to attack. Allow the Level 10 Red Dragon to consume your Water Elemental, attack the Level 10 Red Dragon once with your Arch Mage, and then run into your enemies base (you may try to pull from the second Red Dragon camp, or just run straight to the enemy town). Once you get there, the Dragons should ignore you and start attacking the enemy. Teleport out and let them do their damage :)

Note: I do not condone the use of this bug in Ladder games, as I don't know Blizzard's stance on it. You may get your account reset/banned.
More Grunt Fun
(4v4 random)
12/24/2002

Map: Bloodvenom Falls
Both sides went for early hero harassment, but we got more out of it than they did. Both sides started creeping, and I was the first to set up an expansion. I didn't go straight Grunts in this one, I got some Headhunters for ranged backup as well. We spotted them creeping right next to us, and took advantage of that by attacking them. It was funny watching them waste Polymorph on my units and then having a ton of my ally's Gargoyles come flying in when they have no mana.

We went on and started destroying their towns, and one enemy brings a shitload of Archers into my town. I teleport back and start raping them with my Grunts, while I lose practically nothing because they're all targeting my hero (who has Reincarnation at this point). The funny thing is that they didn't even kill him, while I took out their PotM :)
Mass Grunts
(3v3 random)
12/24/2002

Map: Dark Forest
We hit them early and did some good damage to one of their Human players, but I had to teleport out because my hero was about to die. We then crept most of our side of the map, and I picked up some nice items in the process (Book of the Dead, Felhound, Red Drake). We went to attack them a second time, and I used all three of those items right away, which helped a bit. We won the fight, attacked their town, and they all left. I got the most kills, buildings razed, heroes killed, highest hero score, and highest overall score :)
Good Sacrifice
(2v2 arranged)
12/24/2002

Map: Lost Temple
MysteryMan (Orc) and I (NE) found ourselves matched up against dual Undead. He got TC with War Stomp and I got DH with immolation, which more than took care of the Ghouls they were sending at us. At one point, they attack my base, but I say fuck it and we attack one of their bases. In the end, both bases are destroyed, though I have an expansion and the other guy doesn't, and I still have my army. It didn't take us long to go after the other guy, and then they both quit the game :)
I don't die easy :)
(2v2 arranged)
12/24/2002

Map: Scorched Basin
They caught us while we were teching, and hero/few unit rushed MysteryMan, and took him out. I fast teched Wyverns, which was enough to keep me alive until they also teched up. This one is funny to watch just to see how much shit I kill with my TC before they finally kill my base. I came in #1 on the scoreboard :)
They gave up!
(2v2 arranged)
12/24/2002

Map: Stromguarde
We could have played a little better in this game, but the end results were to our liking. We attacked them once and lost a shitload of guys, but regrouped at my base and got our armies back up. We were out expansion hunting, and ran into them. We were doing pretty good, and then my PotM hit 6 and Starfall started. I guess they didn't like that much, because they left the game :)
Gryphons save it!
(3v3 random)
12/23/2002

Map: Plains of Snow
We got a nice hard fought win out of this one. They harassed our bases for most of the early game, and did some pretty good damage. At one point we try and counter, and it fails. I didn't have a TP scroll, so I had to make a run for it. My Paladin makes it home with 14 hitpoints. They attack us, and we're getting our asses whooped bad. I lose everything, including all of my Peasants who I converted to Milita, and one of my allies leaves the game.

Then, just in time, my other ally gets some Gryphons up, and sends the other team running because they have no anti-air. I pump Dryads from the base of the ally that left, and Footmen/Knights from my own, and we soon after run into the other team again. They kill both of my ally's heroes fairly quickly, while the ones I'm controlling all survive. We also lost few units in this fight, and went on to win the game :)
Air owns them!
(3v3 random)
12/23/2002

Map: Plains of Snow
The start of this game is kind of eerie. Both sides creep almost identically, and at one point we're creeping the same spots on opposite sides of the map. Overall, though, we outcrept them. When they attacked my base, we were able to defend against them with little trouble, and right afterwards I started building Gryphons and an ally made Hippo riders.

We're getting ready to attack them, and we come face to face with their army. They just sat there and let my ally cast Anti-magic Shell on just about all of our units. After we were all loaded up on AMS, I went forward like I was going to attack, and then pulled back while one guy followed me into all of our armies. At one point, my Mountain King escapes the fight with about seven hitpoints. My Paladin couldn't heal him because of AMS, but he still made it out alive :)
Sweet ass comeback!
(4v4 random)
12/21/2002

Map: Blasted Lands
This game was pretty damn nasty. Both sides rushed, and neither teleported in to save their own towns, so the game quickly became a 3v3. There was one difference, though. They took out our lowest level player, and we took out their highest level player, though their player did manage to get his Farseer out alive. They made the first move after this, and took out another one of our players, making it a 2v3. I had an expansion up, but my ally didn't, so I helped him set one up while pumping out Wyverns. Going Wyverns was the one move that saved the enitre game, because they just couldn't take them out.

It came down to us destroying their bases and them hiding the farm while their heroes (Farseer and Blademaster) did damage to our towns. After we took out all of their main bases, we went after the heroes. That Farseer was a bitch to kill, but near the end of the replay you can see me doing a nice move and taking him out :)
Their comeback fails!
(4v4 random)
12/21/2002

Map: Petrified Forest
We rushed them and were able to take out two of their bases right away. The remaining two players were Night Elf and Undead. The Night Elf went Hippo Riders and the Undead went Necros/Ghouls. My allies hadn't expanded (I had two expansions luckily) and they took out an expansion that one of my allies was just starting to build, and went on to take out his base as well. However, I pumped out Dryads to full supply while my allies expanded and rebuilt their units, and we didn't have any trouble taking them out after that :)
Orc Caster Spam
(4v4 random)
12/21/2002

Map: Bloodvenom Falls
This has to be one of the best Orc strategies right now. Even with the Shaman slightly nerfed, spamming wards with Witchdoctors is better than ever. I didn't even bother focus firing in this game, I just selected my unit group of Witchdoctors and spammed Healing/Statis wards all over the place and just sat there while practically none of my guys died. With TC Reincarnation I didn't even have to bother keeping him alive :)
Good Game
(2v2 arranged)
12/21/2002

Map: The Crucible
MysteryMan and I lost this one, but it was a pretty good game nonetheless. Not teching up was one thing that did us in, but the most obvious one is MysteryMan's trap expansion he had setup. They attacked the expansion, and I teleported in to defend it. I think they saw that I was trapped and went over to my base instead. MM teleported into my town, but by the time I killed his towers and got there, his army was already dead. After they took out my town, they were moving on to his, and I started rebuilding at an expansion. I was going to tech up to hippo riders, but his base didn't survive long enough to buy me enough time to tech up my tree, and we lost it :(

I do love going mass Archers though. You can see me just wasting hero after hero, got seven in this one :)
Lame Smurfs
(2v2 arranged)
12/21/2002

Map: Gnoll Wood
It appears that MysteryMan and I had our arranged team reset due to inactivity, so we're back down to level 1. We get matched up with two players that have "smurf" in their names, so I figure we're in for a tough game. MysteryMan said it best... maybe they got the name from the old kid's tv show :)
Comeback Ownage
(4v4 random)
12/20/2002

Map: The Crucible
We had an ally drop early, and then got rushed. We were able to defend it, but not well enough to counter. They attacked the dropped player's base a second time, and we didn't have enough to save it. We were able to catch them out in the open and do some good damage, and then also went on to take out one of their expansions. Then another ally dropped, but I controlled him and we went on for the win not long after the expansion mines were empty. I picked up seven hero kills in this one, but one of my allies got 14! :)

One of my hero kills was from teleporting to my expansion where an enemy Lich was casting Death and Decay on my Tree of Life. He never stood a chance :)
Drop and Rush
(4v4 random)
12/18/2002

Map: Bloodvenom Falls
I used the same build as in the previous game, except with PotM instead of KotG, and the damage aura bonus is pretty nice for the rush. Watch these seven and a half minutes of action as six enemy heroes are killed, while we lose none. The best is red teleporting in a level 1 Tauren Chieftan alone after we've killed every other enemy unit :)
Demoralizing Rush
(4v4 random)
12/18/2002

Map: Blasted Lands
I tried a new NE build in this one, dual AoW building a few Hunts for meatshield but primarily Archers. I think this build is much better for rushing than my normal single AoW with straight Hunts and quick upgrades. You know it's good when the highest level player on the other team is the first to leave :)
Invincible Town Hall Bug
(1v1 custom)
12/16/2002

Map: Adrenaline
You may or may not have heard of this one. Basically, it's an upgrade bug on the Human Town Hall. When you choose to research the upgrade, you get a boost in hitpoints to the Town Hall, and when you cancel the upgrade, you yet again get a boost in hitpoints. So, basically, as long as you can afford the refund cost of the cancellation of the upgrade, your Town Hall is invincible. However, as this replay shows, Siege can quickly put an end to this bug :)

Imagine how useful this bug could be in saving an expansion that's under attack, especially if you're without a tp scroll. You won't see me using it though, it's not worth the risk of having my account reset :)
Thanks quitandwin!

12/14/2002

Map: The Crucible
Guess what? Three games in a row with the guy, and once again he's on the other team. Again, his teammates leave within the first minute or so of the game, and I pick up another win. Now I'm Level 14, thanks quitandwin! My goal for the night was to get to Level 14 no matter how long it took, and I finally got there. I figured I was best off not playing anymore so I wouldn't have to deal with this guy again.

This time quitandwin is on the other team, and apparently they don't have anyone as sexy as me to convince them into staying. They all leave about a minute into the game.

12/14/2002

Map: Plains of Snow
I knew I was in for some trouble as soon as I saw the guy's name on the loading screen. Luckily, I can be a very persuasive person, and I got the rest of my teammates to stay in the game while I controlled the guy's base (he left right at the start). I just went mass ghouls from my base and mass headhunters from his, and that took us to the win.
I'm so good it hurts!
(4v4 random)
12/14/2002

Map: Plains of Snow
Note: This is the best game that I've ever played. PERIOD.

Right at the start of the game, all three of my allies leave. Someone on the other team left as well, he must have been confused. I controlled ALL FOUR PLAYERS, and I won the damn game! It doesn't get any better than this!
I totally own!
(4v4 random)
12/14/2002

Map: Blasted Lands
We're down and out, getting our asses handed to us, and my allies start leaving. They end up giving me their gold and lumber before they leave (I was given almost 10,000 resources). I use all of these resources to build one large army of Wyverns and my level 10 Tauren Cheiftan, and I mop the floor with the other team, taking out all four of their bases almost singlehandely. It's quite a sight :)
More harassment
(4v4 random)
12/14/2002

Map: Petrified Forest
The harassment in this game was downright nasty. I go in and take out three Acolytes from the nearest player, who luckily for me was Undead again, and as soon as I'm gone, two of my allies come in and harass the guy some more. Apparently the other team thought they'd be able to counter this, so they all come streaming to my base. Bad move! Everyone on my team teleports into my base, and we waste them. Then we do a real counter and go back to the guy's base that we were harassing before only to find him being totally raped by creeps! As soon as he saw us coming, he left the game, and his teammates went with him shortly after.
Keeper harassment wins!
(4v4 random)
12/14/2002

Map: Golems in the Mist
This is the best Keeper of the Grove harassment I've ever done. Right after the Keeper finished building, I sent him straight to the closest enemy town for the normal harassment. This guy must have been some kind of a retard or something, because I took out all five of his Acolytes that were mining. His entire team left the game shortly after :)
Mass Orc Casters
(4v4 random)
12/14/2002

Map: The Crucible
You'll rarely see me using mass casters because I think it's a little cheesy, but I did it in this game mainly to show how overpowered they are. I was pumping Shaman/Witchdoctors out of three (and later four) Spirit Lodges non-stop, keeping myself in high upkeep for a good portion of the game and still having a ton of cash to spare. If anything is an example of how powerful they are, it's the battle in this game where only one of my allies and I beat basically everything the other team has while I spam Healing Wards and Stasis Traps all over the place. I did lose my hero a lot more in this game, but that's because most of my micro was devoted to the casters.
AoW Rush
(4v4 random)
12/10/2002

Map: Plains of Snow
This game was pretty damn fun. Our ally told us right off the bat that he was going to AoW rush, and I've seen plenty of replays of it working, so we were all fine with it. He ended up losing his town, but he still had his expansion and was able to rebuild. Meanwhile, the other three of us had gone air, and the other team just couldn't handle it :)
Mass Gargoyles

12/10/2002

Map: Petrified Forest
I've been working on a mass Gargoyle build, and it looks like it's working out pretty good. I never got to full supply with them, but I also didn't need to :)

Revenge!
(4v4 random)
12/10/2002

Map: Petrified Forest
I was matched up against CaRNaGe1 for the third time in this game. I beat his team the first time, lost last game to that retarded ally, and now on the same map with the same race, I'm able to pull out the win. The first two times I played him, he teched up to Hippo riders, and I thought it'd be a good idea to rush. It turned out to be a very good idea :)
Retarded Game
(4v4 random)
12/10/2002

Map: Petrified Forest
The title says it itself, this game was just plain retarded. As soon as the game starts, you'll know why. People shouldn't be doing this kind of crap in higher level games :
OvU: Ryken (2)
(1v1 custom)
12/09/2002

Map: Legends
Ryken gets a rematch :)

Strangely enough, I drew Orc against him yet again. I started out with the same strategy I had last time, except this time I got some Tauren in addition to the HH/Raiders I used last time, and also did a Farseer first and Tauren Cheiftan second, since there are a lot more creeps on this map. I also threw a few mercenaries in there to help speed up my creeping. Creeping paid off, I got a good chunk of the map including the middle. I took care of Ryken pretty good in all of the fights we had, but he did do a lot better than last time. He also didn't unsummon his base, I actually had to kill him ;)
Nasty NE Rush
(4v4 random)
12/08/2002

Map: Blasted Lands
All three of my allies had picked Night Elf, and I also drew it on Random, what're the odds lol. We rushed pretty fast with a ton of Archers and a handful of Huntresses, and caught them really off guard. Three of them left right away, while one stayed. The guy that stayed for some reason rushed to get Gyrocopters, and took out an amazing three buildings before we finally convinced him that he was beat. Going back and watching the replay, I see that one of the Undead players on the other team got his hero killed by creeps right before we attacked lol :)

Great comeback!

12/03/2002

Map: Bloodvenom Falls
This was one hell of a game. An ally and I both went Keeper of the Grove and went for early harassment, but didn't get much out of it. Another ally was teching to Steam Tanks, but we got hit while he was doing that, and lost an ally, making it 3v4. It wasn't long after that when the Steam Tanks got out, and we started kicking some serious ass. Then we got to a point where they had us beat in army, and wiped out another one of our towns, but the guy still had an expansion and started rebuilding. We were just about 3v3 here except we had the disadvantage of having one guy with practically nothing, but we were able to expand and cut off their expansions, and finally beat them. I picked up seven hero kills in this one :)
OvU: Ryken (2)
(1v1 custom)
11/28/2002

Map: Lost Temple
For the majority of you who don't know, Ryken is one of my best friends, and the first person I played Warcraft II with. He's much newer to the game and less experienced than I am, but friends still have to beat up on each other :)

This replay is much more entertaining if you know beforehand that Ryken told me his basic strategy about half an hour before we played. Amusing parts include me creep-fucking myself in the middle, Ryken's hero getting beatup by my towers and soon after dying to creeps, and Ryken's way of quitting the game :)

Owned by air
(4v4 random)
11/28/2002

Map: Bloodvenom Falls
I should have gone Dryads instead of Huntresses, but at the time I felt it was a good idea to have a solid ground unit. I didn't know they were massing air. Even though we lost, I still got the most hero kills. We had a farm hidden, and I still had my hero, but there isn't much you can do with a Keeper like I did in 1.02 with the Death Knight (made them run around for like an hour trying to kill my hero while we had farms hidden) :)

I got more than a win out of this one, I got some personal satisfaction. I lost the previous game because my ally (george31139) tried to tower up the middle of Garden of War (I still hate that map with a passion) and got his towers raped by creeps. Not long after, the other team attacked and we lost. Now I got to beat him in this game :)

We worked together very well to control that player's base, and I controlled the units. The other team attacked first, but ran right into our huge army that was massed up to attack. I threw out some healing wards real fast, and then used Scrolls of Healing and Protection to clinch it. I think you know how the story goes from here :)

On a sidenote to this game, Pink dropped early, and I controlled his units for the rest of the game. You'll see at some points that one of my fucker allies was being a bitch and attacking my units with the ones of the player that left =p

I think this is going to stick as my Random 4v4 Undead strategy, it works almost every time I do it. I didn't get the element of surprise this time, since I had to use the Wyrms to defend one of my allies, but we countered quick enough that it didn't matter.
Keeper Fun
(4v4 random)
11/23/2002

Map: Golems in the Mist
The Keeper of the Grove is one of my least used heroes, but I think I'm going to start using him more. In this game, you can see me using some early game peon harassment on an Orc player. Someone must have been ganking my hero kills in this game. I went after every one I saw, but only got three kills :(
Fast Gryphons
(4v4 random)
11/23/2002

Map: Petrified Forest
I used a more unusual strategy in this game compared to my normal Footmen/Knight/Gryphon build. I used a Paladin, which I normally don't, and then fast teched straight to Gryphons. As soon as I got the Gryphons out, it was time for the other team to say "gg" :)
Rush & Raiders
(4v4 random)
11/23/2002

Map: Bloodvenom Falls
We all agreed to rush, and I went straight Headhunters and teched to Raiders. On the way to the first enemy town, we caught them creeping and did some good damage. By the time we got to the first town, I was pumping out Raiders. After we destroyed that one, I just sent the Raiders straight to each town hall in the next two bases and put some flavor on the win :)
I hate Garden of War
(4v4 random)
11/23/2002

Map: Garden of War
I don't know how many times I've said I hate this map, but it still sticks. However, this time control of the middle wasn't even a factor. We tried to rush, including offensive towering, which failed, and they got air which we didn't have time to counter :(
Nice Rush, They Hid!
(4v4 random)
11/22/2002

Map: The Crucible
We got off a sweet rush in this one. We eliminated the first player without any trouble, and beat the hell out of the second one quite a bit before we had to regroup. After that, it was all us. One of the players used a nice trick to "hide the farm" from us.. and he was actually nice enough to tell us where he was after a while.. it was a pretty sneaky technique. I picked up six hero kills in this one :)
NEvO: Talon[SetilE] (8)

Map: Plunder Isle
What luck, another high level player! Unfortunately, my luck ran out, and my HH/Shaman lost to Archers/Hunts/Dryads :(
NEvO: ktp-iverson (7)
(1v1 ladder)
11/19/2002

Map: Lost Temple
Another Level 7 opponent? Well, at least this time I'm a mighty Level 2!

I went Archers/Huntresses/Dryads while he went mainly Grunts with a couple Witchdocters. He attacked my expansion along with a couple Catapults, but I guess my army and DH Metamorphosis was too much for him :)
HvH: onenightlose (7)
(1v1 ladder)
11/19/2002

Map: Plunder Isle
I got my ass kicked three games in a row on 4v4 Random, so I thought I'd be fun to whoop up on a newbie in 1v1 action. Little did I know that I'd get matched up with a Level 7 opponent :)

We both had the Archmage and Mountain King heroes, but he went for Footmen/Priests/Sorceresses, while I went all Gryphons. This led to total ownage for me :)
Nasty, 9 Hero Kills
(4v4 random)
11/18/2002
The title says it all, this was a nasty game. We tower rushed them, but didn't get much out of it other than an early game distraction. They got smart and did a lot of raider/air hit and runs on our towns, but we managed to take out one of theirs. Eventually, they just gave up and left. Though I never got to use Starfall, which is no fun, I picked up nine hero kills :)
More Ownage
(2v2 arranged)
11/16/2002
We kicked ass the entire time in this game, once again on Lost Temple. This time we both drew Night Elf, and were matched up against Orc and Human. We caught them creeping the middle, and totally wasted them. A few minutes later, we caught them creeping again, and once more handed them their asses. We wasted one of their bases, but they also managed to do some heavy damage to MysteryMan's base. In the end, we still came out on top :)
Wyrm Ownage
(2v2 arranged)
11/16/2002
MysteryMan and I both drew Undead, he went Ghouls and I went for Frost Wyrms. I love going Wyrms on Lost Temple, it just doesn't seem right ;)
Newbie Rape
(2v2 arranged)
11/15/2002
I'm glad MysteryMan and I beat the living shit out of these guys hehe.. they were talking a lot of trash at the start of the game, but I didn't hear much out of them while they were getting raped :)
Best Comeback Ever
(4v4 random)
11/15/2002
We were all teching up, and they rushed us, taking out our lowest level teammate. Here's where things start really getting interesting. The guy acted like he was pissed at us and started giving advice to the other team, except everything he fed them was bullshit. The funny thing is that they were buying it the whole time, and we came back and kicked their asses 3v4 :)
Lost a Good Fight
(4v4 random)
11/14/2002
Even with my computer out of commission, I was able to get in a game at a friend's house. Unfortunately, the results weren't in my favor, much like anything else computer related this week. It was a pretty decent game though. It was pretty much us fighting them off the whole time, and while two of us were clearing expansion sites, they attacked and caught us without Town Portal scrolls. gg.

Warcraft III 1.03 Replays
Mass Ghoul Rush
(4v4 random)
11/04/2002
We had three Undead players on our team, and we decided to Ghoul rush, along with our Orc partner. It worked perfectly. Apparently we attacked them just while they were getting ready to attack us, so we took out one of their towns, and then teleported in to save our ally. After that, it might look like I'm doing stupid shit. I was just trying to kill as many heroes as I could to raise my hero kills on my player stats page :)
Wyrms do it Again
(4v4 random)
10/31/2002
Frost Wyrms are way too nasty. I teched straight to Frost Wyrms, and got them just in time to defend against the other team's attack and totally slaughter them. We countered, and mopped the floor with them. I only lost only one Wyrm the whole game :)
More Gryphon Ownage
(2v2 arranged)
10/28/2002
They were pretty agressive in the beginning, but MysteryMan and I held them off and didn't take much damage to our towns. As soon as I got the Gryphons up and running, it was over. They tried to counter the Gryphons, but we didn't give them enough time. A handful of Headhunters and a couple Dryads aren't going to stop a unit group full of Gryphons :)
Gryphon Ownage
(2v2 arranged)
10/28/2002
They tried attacking my base, but for some reason sent the Necros in first. MysteryMan and I totally wasted that guy's units, while his ally retreated. We followed his ally home and finished the job :)
They Got Raped
(2v2 arranged)
10/28/2002
One of them ran into MysteryMan and me while we were creeping, and we just followed him home. Being the ungrateful houseguests we are, we trashed the place, and ended the game at around 15 minutes :)
Another Drop
(2v2 arranged)
10/28/2002
The very next game, yet another guy drops. His ally left shortly after. Add another win to the team of RStefan01 and MysteryMan :)
They drop, 100th win!
(2v2 arranged)
10/28/2002
MysteryMan and I get matched against a Level 5 team (we were 6), and I'm hoping to get my 100th win with style. However, they decided to be uncool and drop. Oh well, I still got my win.
Awesome Game
(4v4 random)
10/27/2002
Finishing up in just under half an hour, this game was loaded with action. It was just counter after counter, with each team taking turns. There were a couple times where I was almost sure we were going to lose, but we kept pulling out of it. My personal highlight is the fact that I'm the only player that didn't lose a hero, but the spotlight has to be on dual Starfall :)
Newbie Beatdown
(2v2 arranged)
10/26/2002
MysteryMan and I got paired up with a Level 3 team (we're Level 6 currently) and got a pretty easy win. The game would have been perfect if we had finished off the second base without having to rebuild :)
Rush: 15 Minute Win
(4v4 random)
10/25/2002
This had to have been one of the best executed rushes I've ever participated in. We attacked, did heavy damage, and never had to retreat. We just took them down one by one until they all left :)
Frost Wyrm Ownage
(2v2 arranged)
10/19/2002
When MysteryMan and I both drew Undead, I just knew I'd have to try out going straight for Frost Wyrms. The original plan was to attack first so they wouldn't see it coming, but they attacked first and we lost the element of surprise. Luckily, we countered their attack and quickly wasted one of their bases. This game would have been perfect if they hadn't played hide the farm at the end :)
Tanks, they hid
(4v4 random)
10/15/2002
I drew Human in this game. I decided to try and avenge my Steam Tank loss from a few days ago, and it turned out to be a good call. They decided to hide the farm afterwards, but at this point I've gotten pretty good at finding farms :)
Creep Fucked
(4v4 random)
10/15/2002
Man, this game was just fucked up. One of my allies built too close to the creeps, and they wasted like half of his base at the start of the game! I'm not sure if it was that, or the fact that we sucked as a team, but we lost :(
We Lose
(3v3 arranged)
10/12/2002
Styx, MysteryMan, and I did a 3v3 arranged team, and the results weren't too great. You can watch me send all of my peons after my Fortress at the end though :)
Steam Tanks Fail
(4v4 random)
10/10/2002
My major mistake was attacking along with all of my allies. I should have sent the tanks into one of the other towns instead :(
Fun "Hide the Farm"
(2v2 arranged)
10/10/2002
It sucks to lose close games like this, but Gunslinger and I can take it. What we can't take, however, are sore winners. They talked way too much shit, especially considering how crappily they played most of the game. Sore winners like that make us become sore losers. The kind of sore losers that hide the farm, that is :)

However, in the end, even the other team had some fun with it. The game ends with a battle between my Ancient of War and their Tree of Life, though I also get some cheap building kills to pump up my score :)

Warcraft III 1.02 Replays
No gold for you!
(4v4 random)
10/07/2002
The big difference maker in this game is that we got up three expansions (four if you count the one that was being built when the game ended), while they only had one. We also creeped up the map pretty good, which also had us at an advantage. Once we got that final attack on, there was no stopping us :)
Gunslinger drops, I win!
(2v2 arranged)
10/03/2002
At the start of the game, they tried Offensive Towering Gunslinger's base, but we fought that off. At that point you can see a funny spot where I lead an enemy footman around in circles while we kill it. However, they started building towers a little farther away from his base, which we didn't see until they attacked. The attack was weak, and they ran back behind the towers.

That went on for a while, while Gunslinger built up some siege, and then we slowly took out their towers while slaughtering their units that tried to kill the Catapults. Unfortunately, Gunslinger dropped right after we took out the towers.

As soon as those towers were down, I ran both of our armies into one guy's base and totally slaugthered his army. Then the other enemy teleported in, and his hero was wasted a couple seconds later, and the rest of his army followed shortly after, and the town after that :)
Nice Rush
(2v2 arranged)
10/01/2002
PriNGLeS and I decided to rush them, and it turned out to be a very good idea. After watching the replay, I saw that they were towering the big creeps and had practically no army at the time. Very good call :)
We Got Raped
(2v2 arranged)
10/01/2002
Man, they beat us so easily it's not even funny. PriNGLeS and I were both Undead, and they were both Orc. Apparently Shamans/Wyverns beat mass Ghouls =p
Beatdown

10/01/2002
PriNGLeS and I didn't just beat them, we beat them down!
Beat Lords Clan

(Partners were Gunslinger and MysteryMan)
Level 1 beats Level 4

10/01/2002
I'm sick of all the uneven matching going on. It's always nice to come out victorious in these games :)

(Partners were Gunslinger and MysteryMan)
Good Battle
(2v2 arranged)
09/30/2002
The game pretty much revolved around one huge battle, which Gunslinger and I came out way ahead in. They knew they lost it as soon as that was over :)

Game Highlight: My Far Seer is getting beat down by their Paladin with Divine Shield, but I run to a Mercenary Camp, buy a few guys, his shield wears off, and I kill him!
Militia Rushed
(2v2 arranged)
09/30/2002
I started laughing my ass off the second I saw those Town Halls and all the Peasants. Militia Rushing an Undead town? Yeah Right! Spirit Towers wasted the Peasants while our heroes soaked up the experience. After we killed all of the Peasants, they just left. Very funny and fast game :)
Dual NE Again
(2v2 arranged)
09/30/2002
Gunslinger and I seem to do very well when we're both Night Elves. This game was no exception. We killed their army, and hovered around one of their bases until Gunslinger got some Siege up.
Beat Turtles
(2v2 arranged)
09/30/2002
Gunslinger and I beat them down pretty early, but they wasted no time turtling up. We also wasted no time in the continuation of the beatdown. One of the enemies used some mercenaries, and that gave me the idea to do the same. We took out the towers, and it was pretty much game there :)
Close Game
(2v2 arranged)
09/29/2002
Damn, this was a good one. I saw them massing outside my base, so we grouped up there in front of my moon wells, and had a good fight. After that, MysteryMan and I totally crippled one guy by killing most of his moon wells. He had gone air though, and put some hurt down on my base.

While I was trying to expand, they scouted me and went after the expansion. I sent all of my units into one of their bases, and guess what? Apparently they didn't have any Town Portal scrolls! I love the ending of the game. The last guy left right as I started Starfall in his base :)

I also got eight hero kills, and they never got mine even once :)
A bug got me!
(2v2 arranged)
09/28/2002
This game was back and forth all the time. Just as MysteryMan and I were starting to gain some momentum, the strangest thing happened to me. I'd click on the icons to build units, and it didn't do anything! I couldn't build any damn units. Soon after, we ran out of cash and that was game. That pisses me off :(
Fast tanks own!
(4v4 random)
09/27/2002
We had an ally that teched straight to Steam Tanks, while we did a little creeping and expanding. Luckily we weren't rushed, and the tanks owned :)
Shitty build works!
(4v4 random)
09/27/2002
Man, I thought I was so fucked at first. I was going to go air, but my allies were bitching so much that I changed to Grunts/Shaman. Turns out it still worked :)
Level 4 loses to Level 1!
(2v2 arranged)
09/26/2002
Man, this game ruled. It has to be one of the best games I've ever played. I went Shamans/Wyverns/Taurens, while Gunslinger had Priestesses and Knights. If you want to see some awesome Polymorph micro, then this is the game to watch :)
Huntresses and Shamans
(2v2 arranged)
09/25/2002
MysteryMan went Huntresses, and I went straight for Shamans, while towering up both of our bases. They attacked early, but we held it off. We then ran into one of their armies in the middle of the map, and we did some damage to it before the other guy showed up. He was too late, and that won us the game :)
Tanks own Undead!
(2v2 arranged)
09/22/2002
They were harassing us the entire game, but once I got those Steam Tanks up... forget about it. I totally raped both of their bases, barely lost any tanks, and Mass Teleported more shit in :)
Level 5 rapes Level 5

09/22/2002
The title says it all. Our teams were supposed to be of equal skill, but as you can see that's no where near right :)
Countered all!

We countered every little piece of crap they threw at us, and always came out way ahead :)
High Level Action

Yellow drops, I control

Undead beat Orcs in Late Game
(4v4 random)
09/20/2002
We had three Undead and a Night Elf against three Orcs and an Undead. My two Undead allies decided to tech up, so I just went mass Ghouls with a Death Knight and a Dreadlord. They decided to pick on one of my allies early in the game, but I teleported in with a bunch of Ghouls and took care of that. I scouted around a little and found that they were towering up the middle of the map, but that's no problem. They wasted resources on towers that we just walked around, and I later destroyed them with Meat Wagons anyway. Eventually, we slaughtered them :)
I am that damn good!
(4v4 random)
09/16/2002
One of our allies dropped, and I controlled his base for a while. Then a guy on the other team dropped, and for some reason another one of my allies left. I convinced my last remaining ally to stay in the game, while I controlled the bases and units of both players that left the game. They managed to take out my base, but we took out two of theirs while they were doing that. I was out of money anyway, though I did manage to throw up an expansion and feed cash to my ally. When you watch this replay, you'll realize that I'm just that damn good :)
Thanks yellow!
(4v4 random)
09/15/2002
I'll say this much, yellow wasn't the greatest player, but his allies weren't that great themselves. Red was just plain out an asshole. He kept insulting the guy (he didn't have allied chat on), and then insulted him some more after we killed Yellow's base. I guess Yellow had enough of that, because he told us their every move, when to attack and shit like that :)
Fucked game
(4v4 random)
09/13/2002
This game was just plain fucked, as the title suggests. We planned on rushing, and one of the guys wasn't doing shit, so one of my allies attacked his hero. Next thing you know the two retards are fighting with each other, while my other teammate and I are yelling at them to quit. Finally they do, and by some miracle we actually win this thing :)
Unplanned rush

OT and ST

Mass Ghoul Comeback

This one is just nasty. They wipe out one of our ally's bases pretty quick, but we come back and win it :)
Rush, Money, Tanks!

We rushed, cut off their money supply, and I even got some Steam Tanks in there :)
3v4, I control Orange
(4v4 random)
09/10/2002
I seem to do rather well when I'm controlling two different players. All of the Ballistas were probably overkill, but when you're that far ahead in the game you can have a little fun :)
Mass Archers rule too!

09/10/2002
Going Huntresses? No problem! I'll go archers :)
Mass Grunts rule!

Rush or counter? Counter.
Awesome comeback!

Just how I like it :)
Hero rush, you can't hide from me!
(4v4 random)
09/06/2002
You'll notice that I fucked myself by using a Goblin Zeppelin to expand but lost the Zeppelin and got stuck. I used a Mortar Team to get myself out, and that same Mortar Team came in quite handy in finding the "farm" that the guy had while he was talking shit to us. Well, that and the Goblin Laboratory :)
Lazy ally, crappy enemy
(4v4 random)
09/06/2002
Have you ever had one of those games where your ally didn't touch any of his stuff for the first five minutes? Well, this was one of them. Luckily, we still whooped some ass :)
Nice rush!
(4v4 random)
09/03/2002
This was a pretty damn good rush. We crippled one guy, they didn't even try to counter, we rebuilt, finished the guy off, and then wasted the rest of them.
Creeping is good

Creeping is good, destroying their expansion while creeping is just a bonus. Beating them is even better :)
We win 3v4, I control teal

Our ally dropped right at the start of the game, but I managed to control his base the whole time and we won :)
Their OT fails!

There are just two things they should have known. Siege beats towers, and leaving your bases undefended gets you killed :)
OT wins, I defended
(4v4 random)
09/03/2002
My allies offensive towered the bottom of the map, while I held off attacks at my base. I could have played better, but we still won :)
Mass Archers!

I thought it'd be fun to go mass Archers. It was :)
Fast Steam Tanks!

We beat offensive Burrows and Towers!
(4v4 random)
09/03/2002
Right at the start one of the guys starting building burrows in one of our bases, and another guy went OT. Unique, but it didn't work :)
Mass Grunts do it again!
(2v2 arranged)
09/01/2002
They tried to rush us (me and MysteryMan), but I saw it coming a mile away. We countered the rush and wiped them out. I had fully upgraded Grunts and used Earthquake to top it off :)
Steam Tanks follow the rush!
(2v2 arranged)
09/01/2002
MysteryMan and I wiped out one guy, while the other one built up a bunch of Ancient Protectors in his base. We came in from one side, while the Steam Tanks got the protectors :)
MysteryMan owns!

He claims this is his first win as Night Elf... riiiiight :)
MysteryMan hides the farm!
(3v3 arranged)

Steam Tanks win again!

08/31/2002
We were playing on Garden of War, and they got the middle while we were taking their bases out. We started running low on cash, but I towered the side expansion mine with some difficulty and took it. After that, it was Steam Tanks all the way!
We won a 3v4, I owned it!
(4v4 random)
08/31/2002
Yellow left the game right away, and Orange had his head up his ass or something for the first few minutes or something, because he didn't even touch his guys. I controlled both my base and Yellow's base the entire game. You even get to see a little more steam tank action :)
Steam Tanks, They Hid

Uberghouls

We got our asses handed to us in this game. It's funny how long we held them off with our two remaining bases though. We tried hiding the farm but didn't have much cash.
Quick ally drop and hiding!

An ally dropped right at the start of the game, and between controlling both his base and mine, I just couldn't keep up. I hid a few farms and made them take forever to kill me :)
Quick Rush!

This was a nice fast rush. It's a shame they all left, I was just getting my Gryphons out :)

They made it too easy. Orange left his army wide open, we took that, and then took his town. I like how he tried building towers around his expansion's town hall. Earthquake took care of that :)
We raped them!

We did a quick rush, that failed. We stopped their counter, but lost most of our stuff doing it. This is the first time I didn't totally suck playing Human. On a sidenote, Mass Teleport rules :)
Good comeback!

We lost an ally's base, and he left the game. One of their guys also left the game, but they still had his base to control. How did we win? You'll have to see for yourself, it's a damn good game :)

Pink went afk for a bit, that's why he gave me control of his units. I forgot about that after a while, but when I remembered, I moved his units to my expansion to protect it. If you pay attention, you'll see me stealing a Circlet of Nobility from his hero. I wonder if he noticed. He came back almost right after I grabbed it :)
I break my losing streak!

It wasn't a spectacular game, but the fact that I broke my six game losing streak counts for something :)
Good "Hide the Farm" game

See how long two level 10 heros and a couple farms can last! Good for a laugh if you've got some time.
I unsummon my entire base!

We lost control of the gold, and ran out of money. I unsummoned my base and gave the gold to my allies. Too bad you can't see the chat text, otherwise this replay would be much funnier. While my ally was doing a shitty job of playing hide the farm, I was telling the enemies that they hadn't found my base yet :)

See some jackass on my own team kill me!
They drop quick!

One of the enemies dropped right at the start of the game. We attacked pretty quickly, but a couple of my allies had no clue what they were doing. I don't even know how I got teamed with them. Of course, I made a few fuckups of my own, but in the end we still won :)
Mass Necros!

I think this was one of my best builds yet. My allies decided "make five guys and attack" was a good strategy. I had my five guys, but they were taking forever, so I just kept on building. By the time we attacked, I was pumping out necros non-stop. One of the enemies kept talking shit that I was playing cheap. I think it was just because I kicked his ass. That's the same guy that played "hide the farm" at the end and made it take forever.
An ally drops, but we still win!

Of course, it helped that we kept using his stuff, too :)
I own the game!

One of my allies made shade walls, and I killed anything and everything. Funniest part is about 18 mins in. I'm casting Starfall with my Priestess of the Moon, and I lure a bunch of the enemy's shaman into it with a ballista :)
First Game

It's just my luck that I get offensive tower rushed in my first game. Luckily, they guy doing it only had half a clue what he was doing, and none of his allies helped him. Meanwhile, one of my allies OTed a couple enemy bases, and a couple of them left the game. I killed the towers and got out, and when I got to the last guy's base, he left too.
