No it was pointed at you. I have insider knowledge on this matter.

Beef and I agree that you're like Mr. Norrell.

You slowpoke :)

It was more like one of those "Whoever wants to respond to it" things. Like throwing a grenade into a room and someone has to throw themselves on top of it. Except instead of a grenade, it's more like a cow patty.

Oh, just some guy from a story Naelok suggested. Basically he's Europe's most powerful magician, but he gets a little neurotic regarding his books. It's almost impossible to get him to loan out a book.

It's a good story.

It sounds like Harry Potter. Why can't he come up with anything original?

I haven't read Harry Potter, if anyone were to suggest it, there would be a bloody end. I'd sooner be caught with Twilight on the nightstand. I feel that strongly about it.

You should read it.

Please stop vandalizing threads.

That cover art is awful. What's with that guy with long hair? Do they let HIPPIES become Space Marines now?

And why is his sword so short. Or wait, is that a space dagger? I never knew the emperor was such a hippie.

That book cover has sold me. I put in a call to Jeffery Bezo and he will get it in kindle format ASAP. At first he was mad that it was a weekend, but he'll be alright.

Please don't read that thing.

I realize you're only doing it to collect trolling material, but honestly you don't know what you're getting yourself into.

I know that cover art is abysmal, but although I don't follow the W40K novel scene, IIRC the Horus Heresy was supposed to be pretty good?

The Horus novels are a load of trash.

They're milking the fucking things for everything they're worth. Take a single bullet point in the Lexicanum's 40k Horus wiki page and balloon it into an entire novel and you get the Horus Heresy series. The results are a disaster. Sput told me that one of the books (I think Thousand Sons) had an extended sideplot involving lesbians. That novel will have a sequel called Prospero Burns which will tell the exact same story but from a slightly different perspective. There are 16 of these fucking things already and they haven't even started on the Siege of Terra.

Horus dies. The Emperor is critically wounded and so they put him on a shiny chair. There, now you don't have to read those fucking books.

Yes, but what kind of soulgem is the chair made out of?
These are the questions I hope they address.

Also why don't they just heal him.

Because he's already dead..ish. Trapped in the moment of death I think.

Although there are lots of theories which have to be tossed out regularly as Games Workshop refreshes their canon.

I think at the moment he is not dead, but he must let the Imperium think he is, until he can learn to control the raging beast inside him.

I would post a picture with that, but I'm too lazy to make such a thing.

Do not listen to these philistines. The Horus Heresy novels are literature classics. One thousand years from now they will still be read by young minds that crave adventure and excitement. Here, you don't even have to buy them.
